The Belmont Standard

We recommend Class 4 shingles.

Class 4 is the highest impact rating granted by UL — the same standard used on commercial properties in hail-belt states. It's tougher, quieter, and on most policies it earns you a permanent insurance discount.

Maximum impact resistance
Survives a 2" steel ball dropped from 20 feet.
Insurance premium reduction
Many carriers issue 10–30% off your homeowners policy.
50-year material warranty
Backed by GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning.
No upcharge on standard installs
Our default. Not a luxury upgrade.

Homeowners

The reviews we keep on the wall.

"
Belmont re-roofed our 1920s Tudor with natural slate and copper valleys. The craftsmanship is on a different level — neighbors stop in the street.

"
Three estimates, three sales pitches. Belmont showed up with a tablet, a ladder, and answers. The Class 4 shingles already paid for themselves on our insurance.

They handled the roof, siding, gutters, and a kitchen addition. One contractor, zero finger-pointing. Worth every dollar.
